Pool is Great,,, Builder not so much

We had our Laguna installed last fall and just weeks after we could see the backfill material was settling. It now has settled 6 to 12 inches around the entire pool. 5 months later The builder (Blue Dolphin Pools in Oregon Ohio) has still not started repairs. He brought the ends for the solar cover but we are still waiting on the center pipe to roll the cover up. They didnt clean the goo left behind from the concrete forms being stuck to the walls and has not returned so much as a text…

Our new Viking pool

It is nice to see some activity on the blog. We purchased our pool from the pool and spa outlet in Canonsburg pa and the dealer was Fred Cerminara and his son. They were very good to deal with and provided excellent customer service. All of the people who came to install the pool were first rate . I was at work during much of the time and Fred kept in constant contact with us to be sure everything was going the way we wanted and all of our questions answered.

Our Viking pool

We bought our pool in March of 1993 and enjoy having family BBQ and party's around the pool area. Viking has added alot of extras since then. we worked with Larry Bell of Manteca pools and he was honest and a real joy to work with. After installing our pool he went over every detail with us on maintenance and cleaning.
