Our new Viking pool

It is nice to see some activity on the blog. We purchased our pool from the pool and spa outlet in Canonsburg pa and the dealer was Fred Cerminara and his son. They were very good to deal with and provided excellent customer service. All of the people who came to install the pool were first rate . I was at work during much of the time and Fred kept in constant contact with us to be sure everything was going the way we wanted and all of our questions answered.

Our Viking pool

We bought our pool in March of 1993 and enjoy having family BBQ and party's around the pool area. Viking has added alot of extras since then. we worked with Larry Bell of Manteca pools and he was honest and a real joy to work with. After installing our pool he went over every detail with us on maintenance and cleaning.

Winterizing

After properly blowing out and plugging the lines,adding chemicals etc and covering pool with auto safety cover, does anyone think it would be a good idea to float some plastic bottles or foam pellets on the surface to act as ice compensators or could this cause uneven forces on the fiberglass as the surface freezes.

help with new pool

Our pool installer left us with the worst experience of our life in buying something!

We recently purchased the Laguna with a salt system. After installation, our installer told us to take a sample of the water to our local pool supply company and buy the chemicals to set up our pool ourselves. We were never instructed or shown by the installer on how to use any of the equipment we were told to read the manuals on the equipment to see how to work everything. So we need help. We…
